How to shop

You can order the goods in the Czech version directly on these pages by adding the selected product to the cart, filling out the order form and clicking on the "Order" button or directly on the e-mail eva@reddal.cz using the identification code provided with each product.

How do I pay?

Online

You can pay for the ordered goods directly on our website. All you have to do is fill in the necessary data from the payment card and, thanks to the Stripe payment gateway, you will pay for your order immediately. You will receive an email confirmation payment within 24 hours of payment. You will then find the invoice together with the selected goods in your shipment, which we ship within three days after your payment by credit card.

Cash

If you choose personal pick up od the goods, you can pay us in cash at the address Příčná 157, Vrbová Lhota, 289 11 - EXIT 35 of D11 motorway.

Bank transfer

After receiving your order, we will issue an invoice within 24 hours and send it to the email specified in the order. On the invoice, you will find the account number with IBAN for entering a payment order at your bank. We ship the goods within 3 days of receiving payment to our account.

Cash on delivery (only CZ & SK)

If you can't wait to have your desired piece at home and it's not a bulky shipment, we will be happy to deliver the goods to you by cash on delivery. We ship the goods as quickly as possible, but no later than three days after confirmation of your order. We offer this option only when sending within the Czech Republic and to Slovakia.


How do you pack my order?

All goods purchased in our store will be packed in a way so that they are delivered to your home in order and without damage. Our principle is packaging in packaging materials and second-hand fillings. So don't be surprised that the selected porcelain set will reach you, for example, in a shoe box :)

We always pack larger pieces of furniture in bubble wrap and shrink wrap. Cabinets and chests of drawers can also be delivered to you on a disposable pallet. They, too, are sourced from second hand.


How do I receive my order?

Small orders - DPD or Zásilkovna

freight or insurance (fragile) is added to the total price of the goods, if the nature of the goods requires it (statuettes, glass, etc.). The amount of postage is determined according to the size and weight of the shipment and the carrier's price list.

Bulky orders - DHL

such as furniture, lighting fixtures, etc., we deliver via the DHL forwarding company with delivery to the address specified in the order. The carrier usually delivers the goods within 24 hours in the Czech Republic (48 hours in the Slovak Republic) since dispatch. Payment for the goods is made in advance by transfer to the account, including shipping and packaging, the amount of which we will inform you in advance.

Personal pick up

You can pick up your order in person at our address at Vrbová Lhota 157, EXIT 35 of the D11 motorway. Please call us in advance on +420 725 511 335 so that we can prepare the goods for dispatch.

When ordering a larger quantity of goods at once, it is possible to arrange individual transport. Please contact us. 

We will be happy to deliver the purchased goods to you in person in Prague and the Nymburk and Kolín districts for a flat fee of CZK 200.


Complaints and returns of goods

It is necessary to carefully inspect all shipments upon delivery in the presence of an employee of the delivery company. Any damage to the product must be recorded at the place of delivery, otherwise it is not possible to file later claims for damage to the goods during transport. If the goods are damaged in any way, it is necessary not to accept the consignment or to accept it with a reservation, only then can the item be subsequently claimed from the transport company. To minimise the risk of damage, we carefully pack the goods in shrink and bubble wrap and then in recycled cardboard packaging.
